Can I use two different graphics cards at the same time?

I used to have two 8800 GTS's in SLI, but one of them went belly up. So instead of buying another one, I bought a small upgrade in an EVGA 550 ti. My question is, can I run both the 550 ti and the remaining 8800 GTS at the same time? SLI?

Here are some specs that might help:

Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz
GIGABYTE GA-Z68XP-UD3 LGA motherboard
