3X per day blue screens with imapi sys (sometimes)

Hello, I keep geting BSOD despite having a new 250 GB WD drive containing WIN XP Pr0 in a 9100 Dell Inspiron running 2 GB Dell memory. This laptop didn't used to do this. The stop message registers are mostly:

0X00000005
0X00750070
0XAF051358
0X00000000

Does this point in any specific direction for any of you specialists out in tom's land?

Driver problem. (NOT an expert opinion, but still. Seem to see a pattern there.)
