Seagate GoFlex Desk Adapter with WD Caviar Green 2TB Drive

I already have a Seagate GoFlex Desk Adapter , USB 2.0 . However i am looking to purchase a WD Caviar Green 2TB drive , i'd like to use the Caviar Green as a External Storage with the Seagate GoFlex Desk Adapter

Is this possible? I got the Seagate GoFlex Desk Adapter USB 2.0 bundled with the 1tb seagate external hard drive. Would i have any problems using the same adapter with a 2tb WD caviar green hard-drive?

I think you will NOT be able to use the WD unless you put it in an enclosure with a USB port.
