Feedback on DVR I Purchased

A few weeks ago, I posted a request for recommendations on a DVR that
would not charge a monthly fee.

Much thanks for all your help.

I ended up getting a Panasonic Showstopper PV-HS2000 with ReplayTV
capability. It keeps about an 8-days menu of show listings and 30+
hours on the HD.

It does the pause/replay on live TV just fine.

There are no monthly fees.

So far, my two kids are in heaven.

It seems to be exactly what we want.

Thanks for your help...and, as many of you pointed out, in time I just
might be using the full featured TIVO after learning what I'm
missiing.
