Is this a limitation of the card? My acer timeline hooked up to the same tv input same cable displays on my tv as 1080p as expected and everything looks good.

I have the latest drivers provided by sony (Sony VGN-AR370). Nvidia site has no drivers for my card so I have to use sonys :(

The option to select 60hz is not there.

This is really bothering me and I would love to find a solution.

If this card can not output 1080p video via hdmi the 1080p branding all over the laptop should be illegal.

My tv is a newish sony bravia 120hz 52 inch.

If this card can not output 1080p video via hdmi the 1080p branding all over the laptop should be illegal. Take it back to the seller and get a refund...
