You have to burn the whole ISO image file. ImgBurn (http://www.imgburn.com/)
is free and it's easy to use. Click "Write image file to disc", select the source image file (your ISO file) and that's it.
I don't have an iso image file. I have a .bin file. the iso is only available on the official site for v3.5 which is only for people using less than 4gb of ram, i have exactly 4 so i'm using v3.4. Since I have a .bin file it won't let me use the program you suggested, calls it an unsupported format. Now what.
