Is it possible to upgrade my HP dv3 1075ca to have Bluetooth?

So I got myself a HP dv3 1075ca, don’t ask me why I got an HP because I should have known better. Anyhow, it doesn’t come with Bluetooth. Any idea if I can upgrade it to have Bluetooth?

I found the manual for the dv3 and it lists some bluetooth parts, just take the chance or is there a way to confirm?
