How do i uncheck the 802 1x authentication box on my desktop

Go to Start->Run, type "ncpa.cpl" (no quotes), and hit enter. Locate wireless adapter, right click, and select Properties. Select Wireless Networks tab, locate your profile in Preferred Network box, select it, and hit Properties. See Authentication tab.
