sound drivers needs plzzzzzzzzzz help me anyone

Go to your system manufacturer site, and download the audio driver for your PC model .
If you didn't buy your PC as it is, and it's been modified , then go to Control panel under Sound and Audio devices and see what sound card you have, or Start>run>dxdiag , the sound tab.

Or more simply, go to right click My computer>Hardware >device manacer, and under Sound double click sound card and click update driver(let it search the internet).
