Hi all, I'm trying to OC my ram from 1600(regular speed) to 1833, the problem is I get bsod right after I get into windows. Could voltage be the problem? All I did was increase the speed in bios, I haven't changed anything else.

Vengeance low profile 2x4gb CL9 9-9-9-24

Even if you do manage to post at 1833, run memtest for a while to see if you get any errors. If you do up the voltage just a bit more and retry till memtest runs flawlessly

RAM doesn't overclock well. At all.

1600mhz CL9 RAM might run 1800mhz CL10.

I ran a bunch of tests on my 1600mhz CL8 RAM and found it's fastest speed was at 1600. Even faster than 1800 CL9 or 1400 CL7.
