Toolbar missing

I don't know what I hit to make the toolbar disappear but I am concerned that al the sites I have looked at to reinstall it seem to have a fee to pay. Is there any way that I can find it and bring it back?

Ok, wait, um...what toolbar?

If your talking about a folder or an office program, or a browser toolbar then just click
View>Toolbars and choose the one U want or simply just right click an empty space on top of the window anc click what U want.

Or, did you uninstall an IE toolbar, like yahoo toolbar, or google toolbar?
Then just download it again from the official sites.
