Computer will fail to boot is more than one drivee

Hello,
My computer will periodically fail to boot with three drives connected, unhook D & E and Win Xp will boot

One of those drives has a programme that has code which looks like an ISO and is confusing the system into not kowing where the boot manager is sitting. It's best to keep D: and E: out of the picture at boottime.
