Can you overclock with a foxconn g33mo2 dell inspiron 530

hi i have a dell inspiron 530 with a foxconn g33mo2 running a core 2 duo e8400 i was just wondering if any1 could tell me if i can overclock the cpu from windows as the motherboard's bios does not have the settings for overclocking? any help will be much appreciated thanks in advance. smokethe1010
