Looking for a fan cover that is 120mm that looks like this.

I am attempting to get better air flow and lower noise caused by rigid vents.

How hard would it be to make one for 120mm? Do they sell them for speaker boxes?'

Try FrozenCPU. I am on vacation and do not have my links file.

Why would you need a fan for a subwoofer? LOL

I need the port for the subwoofer to put around the ends of fans, so that the air move more freely and makes less noise.

I really don't think it'll do a whole lot. Jet engine turbines spin at far greater speeds than a 120mm fan - plus, they're moving forward. Your PC isn't.

Ok I can't disagree with that.

But even on mythbusters they used the same type of smooth rounded edge for the jet pack...but that could be do the high amount of air moving through it and still means it's useless in a computer.

The aerodynamic frame of a subwoffer port would not reduce the sound but it may reduce the load on the fan bearings. You MAY be able to get a minor SCFM increase due to the shape but I don't feel like re-reading chapters on fluid dynamics to determine how much you would get.

Nevertheless, having your PC look like a turbine engine would be pretty sweet.
