Unspecified error in installing driver

Hi,

I have recently upgraded my windows 2000 to windows xp professional in my old but favorite fujitsu laptop. Everything went fine. But when I was installing the Broadcom wireless LAN driver, I got this message:

An installation support file C:\Docu..\user\Temp\{F16DD1B4-4933-4019-BC07-A98F18830338}_IsRes.dll could not be removed. Unspecified error

What does this mean? What should I do? Please help. Thanks.

Sounds like it could not delete the temp file after installation.

Does the wireless card work now?

I deleted that file but it just comes back again and again and again...... No, I still have to use an ethernet cable to access the internet.
