I'm a total noob when it comes to networking.

Here's what I have:

1 D-Link DIR 655 wireless router
1 laptop running Vista (wireless obviously)
1 PC running Windows 7 x64 home premium (main computer) (hooked up to wireless router via cable)
1 MAC running OS X 10.4.11 (hooked up to wireless router via cable)
1 PC running XP home SP3 (will be hooked up to router wirelessly)
1 PS3 (wireless)

Here's what I want:

I want to be able to access files on all the computers from any computer. I want to be able to transfer photos/music from my mac to my windows 7 machine. I want to be able to watch a movie on my windows 7 machine from my XP machine.

I have no idea where to start. Last year I tried to get the Mac and Vista laptop to see each other without any success.

Where do I start? Can a network guru here guide me through this process? I've done some quick google searches and haven't come up with anything helpful yet....

Thanks.

Thanks for the link, but that's a pretty dated article. It's basically just a walkthrough of how to use the network wizard in XP. It has no information about vista or 7. Nor does it mention networking with a Mac.....
