More about sata hard drive present
  1. If u touch the drive, is it warm?
  2. Both cables plugged into the drive?

Nikorr, you're on the right track, but if he has the power cable in and not the data cable it will be warm to the touch but not work. Hdds need power AND data cables to work.
  3. What is the model and firmware version of your drive?

Right, but if it is cold, than it does not have a power : )

    I see what u mean.

Perhaps "If u touch the drive, is it warm and do u feel any buzzing inside?"
