Which motherboard to ge. based on these requirements?

I am looking for a motherboard which meets these requirements. Please recommend one if going for 32G max RAM and one if going all the way to 128G RAM. It's for server use under Windows 2008 R2. (Enterprise version in case of more than 32G)

1- Supports 32G RAM (or 128G for the other MB). I will be adding more RAM over time every time I can afford a memory stick!
2- Supports a quad core CPU. Any affordable CPU (Intel or AMD) as long as the OS supports it.
3- At least one PCI slot. I have a PCI RAID controller I want to use for a secondary RAID 1 setup.
4- Can handle 6GB Sata. I am planning to use a VelociRaptor drive (WD6000HLHX) or an SSD as the boot drive
5- I don't care about graphics chip. It won't be used for games or gfx apps.
6- Some kind of fast memory subsystem between RAM and CPU. I don't want a MB which will slow down the memory. I am probably going for DDR3 1333 MHz.
7- At least 4 Sata interfaces

Any recommendations? I like Asus motherboards.

More about which motherboard based requirements
  1. Requirement #4 probably is a show stopper as very few server motherboards, if any, meet that requirement. Server grade CPUs and motherboards are not cheap, but they are required if you need support for that much RAM.
  2. Hi newcomer and welcome to the Tom's hardware forum.

1- For 32GB, could it be this ASUS 8NA-D6
2- For 128GB, could it be this TYAN S4985G3NR-SI Quad 1207(F). The problem with this is that only works with DDR2 and SATA II (3Gb/s)
