OCZ Agility 3 vs OCZ Vertex 2E on SATA 2

Hi,
I'm looking at getting a 128GB SSD, and there's an offer on the OCZ Agility 3 that makes it cheaper than the Vertex 2E.

I am however going to use it over Sata 2. Looking at the specs, the Agility 3 saturates Sata 2, so if I use it over Sata 2 won't I get the max potential of Sata 2?

Will there be any computability issues? I will be using it with a i7-920 and X58 motherboard.
