How do you figure its called COD6? Yeah I own it.

Well... Call of Duty 4 was Modern Warfare, the next Call of Duty was Call of Duty World at War, which made it Call of Duty 5 in the series. The new release is Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, which is the sixth release of the Call of Duty series, making it COD6.

seems problems i have with graphics cards is a norm, i used to have driver issues with my 8800gt back in day, i had to sell it dirt cheap, due to driver issues and the random game glitching which used to occur and the whole game turned green...
