Installing email program to email my pics

I need a program that I can download pics to a general file and then make a file that will store certain pics as well as send the pics by e-mail.

I need a program that I can download pics to a general file and then make a file that will store certain pics as well as send the pics by e-mail.

Put selected pics in a folder. Zip it. Attach it in an email, but don't go over the file size limit for your isp/email
