The RAM have the CL too high, change for some more low, like this:

1- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6820148311 (I have this DDR2 and are really good, and comes with LEDs)

2- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6820146870

3- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6820231149

All this have lifetime warranty.

For the PSU you can choose a good 500W or 550W like this:

1- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6817341037

2- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6817371020 (A good option)

3- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6817153108 (Really good)

Or calculate the PSU your self. http://www.thermaltake.outervision.com/

For a PSU, my first vote is for the 550 watt Corsair:

Second vote is for the Antec.

+1 for above 2 posters.

For RAM, try and get these: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6820227365
2GB is way too low imo. 4GB is the minimum I would recommend.
