sorry about caps, i have amd phenon 9850 quad core mother board is a ga- ma709x ps46 gigs of memory crcuil nvidia geforce gtx 470 memory on card is 1280 with windows 7 ultimate 64 bit,heat sink is a rocketfish with a 200mm fan
 
In your BIOS adjust the multiplier up. What do you use for cooling?
Nvm, I see the cooler, just try adjusting the multiplier because you have a black edition processor. There are guides in the Overclocking section of this forum..
 
You've got a great motherboard -- it needs a Phenom II processor. They are on a smaller process (45nm as opposed to 65nm), overclock much higher and run cooler.

The PhIIs also have 3 times the L3 cache - 6GB - tends to boost gaming nicely.
