Acer password and no recovery cd

I have a aver laptop that someone gave me and it has a password gland I don't know it and either does the person that had it and I don't have a Cd for it plz help

ElcomSoft System Recovery is a great software for this type of issue. I don't think there is not much options for this issue because you might have to format the hard drive and install windows again.
