Hi I have actually lurked on threads looking for answers. No real results. If someone would be kind enough to explain and tell me what setting i need for my ram in the BIOs would be amazing.

Have

140 watt AMD Phenom II 965 x4 black edition
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) - Timings : Cas Latency : 9 9-9-9-24-2N
Mobo : ASUS M4A79XTD EVO AM3 AMD 790X ATX AMD Motherboard

I have ideas as to what setting I should use. Would like sanity checks... i guess?? Maybe a little explanation in layman's terms.

Like what all TREF, TRDRD, TRC, ect mean.

Oh and whats T1 and T2 in the BIOs mean?

Thanks in advance.
