Well that's very low end RAM. You can check out Newegg.ca they have lots of stuff and their GSkill series is fairly good and pretty cheap. Since you're on the canadian FS site, maybe there's a Memory Express in your city, it's worth checking their stuff out - memoryexpress.com

You should consider spending $100 for 2x2GB RAM.

Well I Got No Money And I Need SomeThing Temporyly Because Right Now I Only Got A Gig Of Ram So Should That Be Good For A Temp?

Reply to Mithness

Yea, I guess it'll be ok. Not much info on it, but if it's a different type than what you already have then you will need to check the timings in the BIOS, try to set them to match.

If you don't mind , may i ask why it's a very low RAM , i mean it's working at 1333Mhz ... and i though that matters.

Yea, just quality wise it's a very generic RAM from a generic company. So, there's no guarantees of quality or performance. I can't even find a review on Comstar memory. Who knows if it's going to be reliable. Or even what the timings are. There's little to no info available. If all that matters is that it runs, well then ok. But an enthusiast would go with well rated manufacturers so you know that it'll run like it should, and also they back up their products with guarantees of performance and reliability.

Well Go To Futureshop.ca And Tell Me Whats Some Good Ram (my rents are douches and won't let me buy *** off newegg yet)

Reply to Mithness

Honestly, the Comstar should be fine, the only "good" brand on their site is OCZ but as you can see the cheapest is $230 DDR3. Futureshop just doesn't have much selection. Just make sure you check their return policy out ;)

For regular usage there's not a big difference one to the other. Enthusiasts looking for performance buy DDR3 1600mhz RAM from OCZ, Patriot, Kingston, GSkill and others but generally you're spending $125+ for 2x2GB RAM.

Hi.

If I have to chose between that RAM and nothig. I prefer nothing.

If u want a good RAM go for Crucial, Corsair, G.Skill, OCZ, Kingston (only the HyperX series) and Mushkin, the other ones are a wasted of money.

www.crucial.com , they have international shipping.
