Hp flash drive io

Hello,
my hp usb flash drive v165w 4gb is having a strange problem.when I plug in It giving i/o error.I am not able to format through window, dos & other hp flash drive format tool.plz help

Too bad you are having issues with USB Flash Drive. Honestly if nothing is working, maybe it's time for a new Flash Drive unfortunately??
