Pq5-e and quad core stability

i have a pq5-e and quad core . i keep geting a blue screen when i start to push my pc like a game after 20 mins of playing or when you instal the motherboard disck
i have updated my bios from asus (no help). i need the right settings for bios can you help me. got no stabilaty

check the temperature of the cpu. overheating could cause restart. they get even hotter if it's overclocked.

i think its my ram MY MOTHERBOARD ONLY TAKES ,min 800mh of ram,i have 600s when i get soms more ram i will let you all no if it works
