P5Q-E+INTEL CORE 2 QUAD STABILATY

I HAVE A P5Q-E+INTEL CORE 2 QUAD WITH 6 GIG OF RAM.
I HAVE UPDATED MY BIOS FROM ASUS ,BUT STILL GET BLUE SCREEN ,IT RE STARTS AND IT,S OK FOR A BIT,??? I THINK I NEED SOME BIOS SETTINGS,
JUST TO STABALISE IT .

Probably the problem is the memory settings. Enter bios and set them manually. You just have to read the sticker of your modules and set the speed, timings and VOLTAGE that is printed there.

wow not like other bios ive seen. i do not no what to do with it its abit complex in it.my cpu is not over heating temp is 23 to 28c i do not no haw to change my bios settings i need step guide to change ram settings

1)Enter Bios
2)select "AI tweaker" menu
3)In "DRAM frequency" set yours (printed in the sticker of your memory modules)
4)In "DRAM settings control" set your timings (printed in the sticker of your memory modules)
5)In "DRAM Voltage" set yours (printed in the sticker of your memory modules)
6) "F10" and "enter" to save changes and reboot
!
