P55 vs. p55 micro?

Does micro just mean there is less room to maneuver cause it is a smaller motherboard?

are there any major cons to the p55 micro? i am planning on using it with the intel i5 750, the radeon hd 4890 1gb, samsung f3 500gb hdd, and 4gb skill ram that is comboed with the p55 micro. will all of this be compatible?

FYI: i want to spend under $700-$800

Micro is just a smaller board 9.6 x 9.6 instead of 9.6 x 12 and is designed for small cases but can be used in a standard atx case. But if you are using a mid tower case no reason not to spend the 10 dollars more for a standard mobo.
