Well, i have a core i7 extreme processor with a X58 intel extreme motherboard. I have 4 GB ddr 3 memory and 1GB 250GTS VGA. My computer temperatures are as follows. ( I haven't overclocked the machine yet)
GPU- 55 C
Internal Temperature- 44 C
Temp 3- 57 C
Temp 4- 58 C
HDD - 40 C
Core Temperatures are at 55 - 65 C (when i play GTA4 with maximum graphics)
My environmental Temperature is about 27 C.

Fan RPMs are
FAN1 - 1105
FAN2 - 863

Are my computer temperature levels normal or should i consider of cooling it more?

Welcome to the forums,

Is this system overclocked? There's nothing dangerous about those temps. Below 70 under load fine.

Did you really buy a i7 975 and only a 250GTS for the GPU?

Whoa, someone doesn't know about saving money, core i5 and 5870 would still cost less than i7 975 + gts250 and perform much better in games
