It's quieter, reliable, I know for a fact I can achieve 4.7 ghz no problem with it. It hits 57c when maxed out with prime95. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... The installation instructions for this are garbage, YouTube is your friend.
