To take pics from web cam and send to my e-mail from another comp

i have a samsung laptop with web cam. took a pic and trying to send it to my email account but getting a message sayn" " install email association program from control default panel, but can find where to install it at. found control panel, but nothing about installing email programs for webcam

Sorry, I'm not quite sure what U mean, but I'm guessing you're wanting to use a Sent to email button on some program.
Why not just attach the file?

You probably want to set default internet client?
Control Panel>internet options>programs
