Need help on choosing a TV card

Hey

I want to connect my Sky set top box to my PC and hopefully record in 1920x1080 if its possible. My PC has 6gb DDR3 RAM, Intel i7 920 at 4Ghz, 2 x 1TB HD's and a GTX260 graphics card. Can anyone recomend a good TV card thats not to pricey.

P.S. I want a card that is compatible with Windows 7 64 bit.

One thing I noticed about the Compro E900F was that it had a pass though for you case's power button to let your remote turn you computer on and off. Don't recall seeing that on the others.

As for antenna, what are you able to use? Can you have a large roof mount, med one mounted in attic, or does it have to be small and in the same room?
