I have a neighborhood in Sims2 that I can't call up for a party of anykind.
They pick up the phone and I get the choice, then they just hang up the
phone. So for birthday parities I have to invite everyone individually.

Also, what is the jumping bug that everyone talks about?
I'm not sure if I have it or not....... Thanks in advance.

The jumping bug is when a sim can no longer chat with any other sims,
if they try, they 'jump' out of it.

The party bug may or may not be related to it. But it's also a known
bug.
