re:Packard Bell 1200 Plus Flatbed Scanner USB - i got a new laptop last yr and been trying for a yr+ to get scanner to work. i occasionally use my scanner that fits perfectly in my laptop bag for travelling. Any news on drivers or how to get drivers or to unlock the scanner to accept Vista and Windows 7??

i have been trying and trying plus mithering hamick.com and i cannot seem to get the Mustek scanner onto Windows 7. i have had to photo about 100 pages w my phone to a pc with a perfectly excellent scanner sitting there. i cannot get drivers onto laptop even with install CDs. Any advice i would love!!! pls help.

Microsoft's Windows 7 is a pain in the compatibility arse!!! So as per a friend i dug out my old iBook and low n behold equipment works - scanner + floppy drive!!! So just reaquainting myself with Mac vs PC and flipping back n forth!!!
