Cmos setting for p4

Hi i have a problem ie when i start my pc it ask me to set CMOS pl help me what should i do

Well you should have posted more about the problem and the mobo bios details.
Is this the first time it is appearing?

If you have got no knowledge about the bios and it's settings,then the best way to get away is to set the bios to it's defaults.
See if somewhere any option to reset to defaults appear or try the function keys for help.
