Physx difference

Whats the difference between the physx on a 8800gt card and a newer gts 250 ?

the physx is the same...
the card is basically the same... just slightly OCed and it has lower power consumption, and is a little smaller (like an inch and a half i think)

the physx performance will be the same. It will decrease the fps the same amount, and take the same system resources to run.
you won't notice a difference. The physx runs the same on nearly all cards. Its all the other factors that change w/ the addition of physx

Thanks alot, I tought the 8 series had physx only from the drivers and the newer cards had a special physics processing unit. Batman Arkham Asylum maked me think that newer cards has better physics becouse when you switch the physics level higher they recommend a more powerfull card.

they just recommended a more powerful card cause the physx takes away from visual processing.
