I don't have alot of money at the moment so im trying to use this from my old comp:

Hard Drive
Optical Drive
2 gigs of Ram

I think this should work until i get a job and upgrade them.

Now for the new stuff:

1.XCLIO A380BK Fully Black SECC 1.0mm thickness ATX Full Tower Case
2.AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition Deneb 3.2GHz Socket AM3 125W
3.GIGABYTE GV-R435OC-512I Radeon HD 4350 512MB 64-bit GDDR2 PCI Express 2.0 x16
4.CORSAIR CMPSU-750TX 750W ATX12V / EPS12V
5.ASUS M4A79XTD EVO AM3 AMD 790X
6.Artic Silver 5

Will all this work together?

The 4350 is an incredibly bad choice if you want to game.

If you would post again in the format shown in this sticky

it gives us far more information to work with because right now that build is not good for gaming.

New motherboard takes DDR3, is the old memory DDR3?

If your old RAMs are DDR2 then get an AM2+ motherboard Generally here is my $0.02 on your proposed build

1. Toothless GPU (if meant to game)
2. Too much monster in PSU
3. Too much monster in CPU/Mobo (if at expense of GPU)

Anyway for a full DDR3 build on a budget this is what i do up for peeps

I agree with you on your choice of Artic Silver 5. Way to go!
