Give me a jingle when Tivo provides networked scheduling, pause-and-go
streaming, show download capabilities, etc. Oh, and out of the box, at

Actually tonight's American Idol showed up on my 3060's Channel Guide this
morning.

However, the Replay didn't handle the situation completely smoothly -- I had
previously had AI scheduled to record from 8:30-9 and , when I heard about the
rescheduling, I added a guaranteed record for "That 70s Show" which was listed
yesterday on the program guide from 8-8:30. I figured this way I would get
both halves of the AI hour. The unit recorded from 8-8:30 (listed in the
Replay Guide as "That 70s Show" even though that program had disappeared from
the guide) but didn't record the second half of AI. I'm stumped as to why,
though I suspect if I would have just left things how they were rather than
getting clever I'd have the whole thing automagically.
