3DMark06 Low CPU Score?: Phenom II X4 955 BE @ 5000 CPU Score

I am getting this very oddly score of 5048 on 3DMark06 CPU Score. Is it normal or is there some sort of problem because I am seeing CPU scores of about 10,000+.

I have updated both drivers and bios.
My Phenom II X4 955 @3.8Ghz is in my motherboard's compatibility list (I have an Gigabyte GA-MA770-UD3).
My graphics card is an ATI Radeon HD 4670 (1GB). I also have 3GB DDR2-667 RAM.
My system is being powered by a 700W OCZ ModXStream PSU.
(Note: My processor is overclocked from 3.2GHz to 3.8GHz)

I have ran Prime95 and Memtest86 to see if I have any hardware problems, but I have none.

Nevermind.. when I use 3DMarkVantage my score is shown as 12581. 3DMark06 is partially buggy.

CPU scores in 06 never get to 10000!
