Can this case be utilized with USB3.0 in the front? Will the older USB2.0 outputs be compatible if connected with USB 3.0? Does this also have drives ready made for SSDs?

USB 3.0 ports are backwards compatible. But plugging in a USB 3.0 plug will not work in a 2.0 port. The new plugs are longer and add more pins. These new pins are in the extra length of the plug and bypass the location where the 2.0 pins are. So the 2.0 plug will fit in the 3.0 port, but never touch any of the new pins and work normally. But in a 2.0 port, the 2.0 pins never connect because of the extra length of the 3.0 plug.

Specs say it has 2x 2.5" internal SSD bays.

I'm sure there will be USB 3.0 plates you can install in a 3.5" or 5.25" bay like a multi card reader.
