Is there any download software for Linux.

I want to transfer my recordings (mpeg files) from my replay to my computer
(just on my network).

DVArchive works on Linux as well as Windows...

I have donwloaded and extracted DVArchive. How do I start in under linux (I
have sun's java 1.4.2 installed in /opt).

java /path/to/dva/dvarchive.jar

It should be in the installation instructions for DVA...
