Which memory to use?

I was going to purchase G.SKILL F3-12800CL7D-4GBECO Eco PC3-12800 4GB 2X2GB DDR3-1600 CL7-8-7-24 1.35V Memory Kit for my new build but it is out of stock. I have the choice of the following. Any recommendations?

Motherboard is going to be Gigabyte P55-USB3 ATX LGA1156 P55 DDR3 2PCI-E16 3PCI SATA2 Sound GBLAN USB3.0 CrossFireX.

G.SKILL F3-10666CL7D-4GBRH Ripjaws PC3-10666 4GB 2X2GB DDR3-1333 CL7-7-7-21 Core i5 1.5V Memory Kit

G.SKILL F3-12800CL9D-4GBNQ PC3-12800 4GB 2X2GB DDR3-1600 CL9-9-9-24 240PIN Dual Channel Memory Kit

G.SKILL F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL Ripjaws PC3-12800 4GB 2X2GB DDR3-1600 CL9-9-9-24 Core i5 1.5V Memory Kit

None of those, I would go with this G.Skill Ripjaws 1600 are much better that ur options and with a very good price.

Looks like NCIX is out of stock for that memory too. Which of the 3 other choices would be the best pick?

The 1st one, with CL7, because have very good times and isn't very expensive.
