Hello,
trying to update my PC to service pack 3 and this popped up OXC00000fd and location OX00ba30f8 it will not let me update . any help ?

could be software is running that is preventing the service pack 3 installation from completing. also it could be that windows itself is messed up. if that is the case you'll want to backup your data then do a fresh install of windows to update to the latest service pack
