What memory should I get? the timing is a bit vaigue...

Hello,
here is what I'm buying to replace my E7300 core2 duo and upgrade to the i5

I was looking at the memory standard and it lists multiple ones... I'm okay with spending $60 or less. Also, this CPU is a "K" series so it's unlocked. what timing/speed will give me the most flexibility to OC the cpu! thanks!

A lot of people say that any RAM clocked over 1600 is a waste on the SB platform, but I am very happy with my 2133 RAM. I have this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231519
The latency is not an issue even in gaming.
