Antec power supplies are usually pretty good, but the Basiq line is not great. It would be worth the extra $20 ($10 after rebate) to get the Antec 300 without a PSU and pick up a quality PSU. Here's a suggestion:
Yeah by how much? If it's a big difference I will just order it later, I am trying to fit this all into one paycheck so I can always buy it later. (I don't mind reformat.)

Thanks again. :3 Quick question, will I need to buy any cords or cables? Or will they all come with the appropriate parts I buy.
Generally, with very few exceptions, new motherboards come with far more than enough cables for everything you could possibly need. I think this is one of the reasons so many hard drives come as OEM.
If you wanted to get a different processor and needed to cut costs, do not do it on the mobo, that is not the place. The 400w will still be fine. If you would like a L3 cache around that price go for the Phenom II x3. Its only triple core but will still give you about the same performance in games.

Well I'm not really tech savvy so I am going to ask is L3 cache a big difference in gaming?
Also if I was to use the new cpu/mobo combo/deal I CAN afford it as it just comes to under 800$ with shipping and taxes. It's a good deal right?
