Recommendation? Win7 on 80GB SSD Laptop

HI all - can i gets some recommendations on setup for a 2-year old Dell (T2080) with new installation of Win7 on a single SSD drive.
Particularly regarding: ACHI ?; Disable indexing; Disable defragmentation; Disable Write Caching; Superfetch; Disable the Page File; Disable System Restore; Disable Hibernate

With windows 7, it automatically detects you have an SSD and disables certain things.

I would say tweak it to how you would use your computer.

With windows 7, it automatically detects you have an SSD and disables certain things.

Chainzsaw is correct, but you have to run WEI (Windows Experience Index) in order for Windows to detect that you have an SSD.
