Looking for a good card for this system

its been some time after buying my Dell inspiron 530s

Now i am looking for a up gradation i.e

I want to replace the cabinet and the PSU and my old card(8400GS)
according to the best card available which supports intel G33 express chipset

i am looking for 500W coolermaster powersupply,
mid tower cabinet and a good card like (5770,4870,GTS 250 or any other suggestions)

pls help me out guys

and also, will a G33 chipset motherboard support DDR3 ram?

Hello and welcome to the forums
Some intel G33 boards support DDR2 and some support DDR3,but according to the specs of your system ( http://reviews.cnet.com/desktops/dell-inspiron-530s-desktop/4507-3118_7-32486101.html?tag=mncolBtm;rnav ) it supports DDR2 RAMs.
About the VGA,what resolution are you going to play at ? and also what is your other system specs ?

the resolution will be less than 1440x900
and the budget for the card will be around 200$
pls tell me about the PSU and cabinet that will go fine along with the card

For that resolution, there is no need to go for $150-200 cards. A 4850 at $100 or even a 4670 at $70 would suffice.
