Will an Antec 300 and/or Antec 900 hold an ATI Radeon HD 5850?

I'm thinking about getting either the Radeon HD 5850, which I read was about 9-inches long. I was wondering if the Antec 300 or the Antec 900 hold them. Thanks!

I saw a thread, someone put a radeon 5870, which is 11 inches long inside an antec 300, which is smaller than the 900, so you should be good.

Thanks! Now it doesn't matter which case I choose to buy! If I have extra money, I'll get the Antec 900. My friend says it's the best buy, anyway.

I'm sure the 5850 would fit in the 300 just fine. The 5870 is whole different animal..

I have a 5850 in a Antec 900 no problem, it would easily fit a 5870 as well. As for the 300, that I cannot say.

The 5870 will fit if you remove at least one, and maybe two hard drives.

The 5850, although shorter, has the connectors on the end rather then the side. So the shorter length is going to be largely negated by the connectors plus the power wires, depending on how stiff your wires are.

Do you still have to remove a hard drive to fit the 5850 in?
